FINANCIAL SCOPE OF THE CALL
1. The grant providers have not set a total amount for this call. Applicants may receive funding of up to €250,000.
2. There is no limit on the maximum number of projects that can receive funding.
3. Each project will be assessed individually, and the grant providers will jointly decide whether and how much funding will be allocated.
4. Co-financing from applicants’ own resources is recommended but not mandatory under this call.
5. Applicants may submit multiple projects, but only one project per applicant will be funded.
CONDITIONS FOR GRANT FUNDING
1. Applicants must fully comply with the provisions of this section. By accepting participation in this call, they agree to these conditions and commitments. The grant providers reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the disbursement of funds.
2. Financial resources are allocated only to winning proposals that meet all the conditions outlined in this call. Participants must be legal entities or individuals over 18 years old.
3. The winner is required to implement the project in accordance with the submitted proposal and agrees that the grant providers may publicly disclose information about the project, including its name, description, and results. The winner also agrees to participate in marketing activities related to the call.
4. The grant providers reserve the right to decline funding for any project if they do not perceive its potential for market success.
5. The competition organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time, especially in cases where there is a risk of financial loss. Any changes to the rules or cancellation of the competition will be announced on the organizer’s website.
6. The grant providers reserve the right to withhold funding if it is determined that the winner has violated the competition rules or provided false information.
7. The grant providers reserve the right to modify or supplement these conditions if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in context. If such changes occur, participants will be informed through official communication channels.
8. The amount of €250,000 will be allocated as follows:
a) Production Package – This package covers manufacturing costs, provision of know-how, material expenses, and all costs related to production and product development.
b) Marketing Package – This package includes website or e-shop development, online marketing, graphic design, and related services.
c) Financial Package – This package consists of financial support necessary for launching the product on the market.
Each package will be tailored to the applicant’s individual needs, and each package can be provided separately.
ELIGIBLE APPLICANT
1. Eligible applicants include:
a) University students enrolled in institutions established under Act No. 131/2002 Coll. on Higher Education and on Amendments to Certain Acts
b) High school students
c) Individuals – natural persons
d) Legal entities established in accordance with § 2(2) of Act No. 513/1991 Coll.
e) Civic associations and non-profit organizations

SUPPORTED PROJECTS
1. Our call is open to a wide range of projects at various stages of development—from initial ideas to advanced prototypes. The key criterion for support is the project’s potential to bring innovative solutions or products that can be successfully introduced to the market across the European Union and GCC. We are looking for projects with a clear vision and strategic plan that can attract a broad customer base and address specific market needs.
2. To ensure that your ideas can become reality, they must be compatible with the manufacturing capabilities and technologies of our partners, CDL, spol. s r.o. & Verteco s. r. o.
3. Supported projects must:
▪ Be innovative
▪ Have market potential
▪ Be technically and manufacturably feasible with the providers’ capacities

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. To be considered complete, the application must include:
a) Project Summary – Introduction to the project, its goals, and expected market impact.
b) Applicant’s CV + Motivation Letter – Overview of experience and motivation for submitting the project.
c) Budget – Estimated budget required to complete the project.
d) Development Stage – The current phase of the project (concept, prototype, production readiness).
e) Market Potential – How the project meets the needs and demands of the European or GCC markets.
f) Innovation Potential + Market Research – Why the project is innovative and what advantages it offers over existing solutions.
g) Customer Acquisition Strategy – A plan on how the project will attract and build a customer base.
2. All applications must be submitted as PDF files via email.
APPLICATION SUBMISSION
1. The applicant must submit the application by sending the completed project to the grant providers’ email address: vyzva@innovatenow.sk
2.Submissions through other means will not be considered.
3. Applications can be submitted from January 10, 2025, to August 31, 2025 (until 23:59 CET).
4. The grant providers reserve the right to extend any of the deadlines in the schedule.
5. A complete application for financial support is considered as the submission of a full project documentation package.
